Scheduling Instructions

New Clients must put a credit card on file for our 24-hour Cancellation Policy. Please have your credit card handy while booking. You will not be charged until the time of service or you will be notified ahead of time if you are being charged due to late cancellation or no call/no show. 

Your booking is complete only by checking your emails and ensuring you got one! If you did NOT receive an email, you are NOT BOOKED. Please call the office during Office Hours to discuss or try booking again online.

You will receive an email confirmation upon booking: this will include the date, time, and licensed massage therapist’s name. Double-check that the information is correct. A Compassionate Hart Massage Therapy’s instructions, Covid policies, and other helpful information will be included as well.

CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT!

You will get a plethora of texts and emails from us to confirm your appointment. Please do so by replying “yes“.

You will receive an appointment reminder 48 hours in advance to give you time to reschedule if needed.

You will also get a confirmation text/call 24 hours in advance. You MUST confirm your appointment the day before to ensure your time slot is held for you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that “life happens” and that sometimes it is out of our control. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text (814) 456-5833 or Front Desk Text:  (814) 501-4178. All cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, or you could be charged.
