It’s the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the client to manage and redeem their own codes and rewards.
Only 1 Promo Code may be used per Appointment and can NOT be applied to the First Visit Massage, which is already discounted.
We love rewarding our clients for helping our community grow! Whether you’re taking advantage of a special promo code or referring a friend, this page outlines everything you need to know about earning and redeeming discounts and referral rewards.
Our goal is to keep the process simple, transparent, and fair for everyone. Please take a moment to review the guidelines below so you’ll know exactly how and when your rewards can be used.
Why We Offer Promo Codes
At A Compassionate Hart Massage Therapy, our promo codes aren’t random discounts—they’re intentional marketing tools designed to benefit both our clients and our therapists.
Our massage therapists are commission-based professionals whose income is directly tied to the services they provide. Because of that, we carefully use promotional offers in ways that help grow their clientele rather than simply reduce the value of their work.
You may see promo codes offered to:
- Welcome new clients to our practice.
- Help introduce newer therapists as they build their schedules.
- Encourage appointments during historically slower days or seasons.
- Introduce clients to new services, specialties, or wellness experiences.
- Celebrate special events, milestones, or limited-time promotions.
Our goal is to create opportunities that benefit everyone—our clients receive meaningful savings when they align with a specific promotion, while our therapists continue to be fairly compensated for the care they provide. For that reason, promo codes cannot be combined, stacked, or applied outside of their intended purpose.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Eligibility for Rewards
The New Client must be someone who has never previously had an appointment at A Compassionate Hart Massage Therapy.
Reward Conditions
The existing client will receive their referral reward only after the New Client has completed their first appointment. If multiple people are referred, only one referral reward may be applied per appointment.
Expiration
Referral rewards must be redeemed within 90 days of the New Client’s completed appointment. Rewards not redeemed within 90 days will expire and cannot be applied retroactively. Referral rewards have no cash value and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
Client Responsibility
Referral rewards and promotional offers are the responsibility of the client to track and redeem. Our booking system does not automatically alert our staff when a referral reward or promo code is available, and our team is unable to manually monitor discounts for thousands of active clients.
To redeem a referral reward or promotional offer, you must notify our front desk before you check out. Once a transaction has been completed, rewards and discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
Promo Code Policy
All promotional offers, referral rewards, and discount codes are the SOLE responsibility of the client to present to the front desk before checkout.
Only 1 Promo Code may be used per appointment. Stacking promo codes is not allowed, we will assist you in deciding which one is most beneficial for that day.
Our booking system does not automatically recognize or apply promo codes, nor does it notify our staff that one is available. If you do not mention your promo code or referral reward before your transaction is completed, it will not be applied.
No exceptions will be made for forgotten, unused, or expired offers. If a promotional offer, referral reward, or discount code expires before it is presented, it cannot be reinstated, extended, or applied to a future visit. Promotional offers are intended to be redeemed during their advertised promotional period and expire on the stated expiration date.
ONLY 1 PROMO CODE OR REFERRAL REWARD MAY BE USED PER APPOINTMENT. STACKING PROMO CODES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
(Besides, our system, logistically, only allows one to be entered at checkout.)
