Chrissy Gamble, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist | Myofascial Release

Practicing since 2020

Chrissy graduated from Great Lakes Institute of Technology in 2020 and hit the ground running—literally. Before joining A Compassionate Hart, she built a successful mobile massage practice, helping clients recover from injuries, improve performance, and stay active doing what they love.

An endurance athlete herself, Chrissy has a deep appreciation for how the body moves, performs, heals, and adapts. Her massage style is rooted in anatomy, biomechanics, and movement, making her an excellent choice for athletes, active individuals, weekend warriors, or anyone looking for therapeutic work that gets to the root of the problem. She specializes in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic Massage, Injury Recovery, and is currently expanding her expertise through advanced training in Myofascial Release, allowing her to address chronic pain and movement restrictions in even more effective ways.

Over the past year, Chrissy has become one of our most requested therapists. Clients appreciate her strong work ethic, reliability, and genuine commitment to helping them feel and function better. She approaches every session with intention, carefully listening to both the client and the body, creating treatments that are personalized, effective, and results-driven.

When Chrissy isn’t in the treatment room, you’ll usually find her training for her next endurance event. In July 2026, she completed the Ironman Lake Placid, one of the world’s most demanding endurance races—finishing a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride, and 26.2-mile marathon in an incredible 15 hours, 24 minutes, and 11 seconds. That level of dedication, perseverance, and mental toughness carries directly into her massage practice, where she understands firsthand what it takes to prepare, recover, and keep the body performing at its best.

Beyond athletics, Chrissy is endlessly curious about the human body. She enjoys studying anatomy, refining her techniques, and learning new approaches to help clients move with less pain and greater confidence. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, training for your next race, or simply trying to get through everyday life with fewer aches and pains, Chrissy is passionate about helping you reach your goals.
