Isabella Pacinelli

Behind the front desk at Compassionate Hart is Isabella Pacinelli, Executive Assistant to Heather Hart and Director of Marketing for Compassionate Hart. While she wears many hats, her favorite part of the job is helping bring the Wellness Lounge to life and connecting people with services that help them feel better in both body and mind.

A writer at heart, Bella earned her Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media Journalism from Ashland University and has built a career in marketing, public relations, communications, and storytelling. Her passion for women’s mental health and wellness led her to launch Butterfly, Erie’s first women’s magazine, in the summer of 2025. Through both her writing and community work, she is dedicated to creating conversations that help people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

After moving back to her hometown of Erie in the fall of 2023, Bella planned to stay for just six months. As it turns out, Erie had other plans. Today, she proudly calls the city home while balancing her work at Compassionate Hart with weekend shifts serving guests at The Cork 1794.

When she’s not brainstorming marketing campaigns, writing, or helping guests navigate the Wellness Lounge, you’ll likely find her spending time with friends, taking long walks, reading tarot cards, attending therapy, or planning her next solo adventure. She believes wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about finding the practices, people, and places that help you feel most like yourself.
