Practicing Since 2007
Licensed Massage Therapist | Human Biomechanics Guru | Your Go-To Recovery Wizard
Molly has been working her magic as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2007, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience to A Compassionate Hart. But here’s the thing—Molly’s expertise isn’t just in massage. Her wow-worthy athletic background includes gymnastics, bodybuilding, and powerlifting. Fun fact: she placed 2nd in the Miss Erie competition and also placed 2nd in a couples bodybuilding competition with Joe Orengia from Joe’s Gym! Her fascination with muscles and biomechanics started early, and she’s been hooked ever since.
Before becoming a massage therapist, Molly also coached gymnastics, which gave her an inside-out understanding of how the human body moves, flexes, and sometimes protests. Whether you’re crushing it in the gym, chasing your kids around, or hunched over a desk for hours, Molly’s got the skills to help you feel like yourself again (or maybe even better).
Molly’s massages are tailored to meet you where you are—whether you’re recovering from an intense workout, managing the aches of everyday life, or just looking for a little escape from the grind. She specializes in helping clients reconnect with their bodies through personalized care and expert guidance. Hydration and stretching are her top recommendations for recovery, and she’s passionate about creating a comfortable, relaxed environment where clients feel truly cared for.
When Molly isn’t working her magic on the table, you’ll often find her exploring her love for bodybuilding—because, as she says, “I’m so into muscles!” She’s all about staying active, supporting recovery, and diving into the unique stories behind her clients’ aches and pains.
With Molly, it’s not just about relieving tension—it’s about creating a space where you can recharge, heal, and feel empowered in your body. Her passion for movement, recovery, and connection shines through in every session.
Molly’s Fun Facts:
- What’s one thing you wish clients knew about their body that would make their daily lives easier? Hydration is key—it’s a simple way to keep your body functioning better every day.
- Do you have a favorite recovery tip or self-care routine you recommend to clients between sessions? Stretching! It’s a game-changer for long-term recovery and overall flexibility.
- What’s your favorite part of being a massage therapist, and how does it influence the way you approach your sessions? Helping people! Listening to their aches and pains, getting them comfortable and relaxed—it’s the foundation of everything I do.
- What’s a fun fact about your background that most people wouldn’t guess? I competed in bodybuilding and even placed 2nd in Miss Erie as a teen! That’s how I first fell in love with muscles.
Elemental Association
“This element makes total sense to me! I enjoy being outside as much as possible. Between gardening, boating, walking, motorcycle riding with my husband, or just sitting by the fire, this describes me! I am constantly moving! And constantly curious!”
Sun Sign
As a Gemini, Molly brings a natural inclination to “investigate and figure out” to the massage table, and her adaptability helps her to meet whatever challenge is presented. As an air sign, she loves long conversations (but don’t be worried – you can tell her if you need some quiet during your session!). Geminis are often teachers, and as you can tell from her bio, Molly is teaching as much as she is learning no matter what she’s doing.

If you could have dinner with any three people, dead or alive, who would they be and what would you talk about? Where and what would you be eating?
Person #2 would have to be Betty White. I love her wit and humor, and she would be fascinating to have lunch with. RIP. Person #3 I would love to return to Spain to have lunch with my cousin Jennifer. We grew up together and have always remained in touch. To get a hug and spend time with her again would be a dream come true again!! I miss her terribly.”
