Massage Services for Clients Under 18

We do offer massage therapy for minors—with clear boundaries and in full compliance with Pennsylvania State Board of Massage Therapy regulations.
To protect our clients, therapists, and families, the following guidelines apply to all clients under the age of 18. Please read carefully before booking.
Pennsylvania State Requirements (No Exceptions)
    • A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent prior to the session.
    • A parent or legal guardian must remain on-site and present in the treatment room for the entire massage.
    • This applies to all minors, including 16- and 17-year-olds.
    • These are state regulations, not studio preferences.
If these requirements cannot be met, we are unable to provide the service.
Available Session Lengths by Age
For safety, comfort, and regulatory compliance, session lengths for minors are limited as follows:
    • Ages 11 and under:  30 minutes only
    • Ages 12–15:  30 or 45 minutes
    • Ages 16–17:  30, 45, or 60 minutes
75- and 90-minute sessions are not permitted for any minor, including couples massages.
Please do not request exceptions—this is a firm boundary we maintain to support our team and uphold state regulations.
Booking Information
Not all therapists provide massage for minors.
Because of this, all Under-18 massage appointments must be booked directly through our front desk so we can match your child with the appropriate therapist.

Before Your Appointment
    • A Minor Consent & Release Form must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.
    • The parent/guardian must remain in the treatment room for the entire session.
    • All relevant medical history, medications, and concerns must be disclosed prior to treatment.
