As a member of the front desk team at Compassionate Heart Massage, Emma is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming experience for every client who walks through the door. A licensed cosmetologist, she has always loved helping people look and feel their best, and she believes that a friendly smile, a positive attitude, and genuine kindness can make all the difference. Whether she’s greeting clients, answering questions, or helping appointments run smoothly, she enjoys making sure everyone feels comfortable, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Having lived in Erie her entire life, she has a deep appreciation for her hometown and the wonderful community that makes it special. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, listening to music, and meeting new people. She loves building genuine connections and strives to bring positivity and compassion to every interaction. Her goal is to ensure that every client who visits Compassionate Heart feels supported and excited to return.
